The house
An 1870 Victorian, kept properly.

The house sits next to City Dock, inside the Annapolis historic district. The Maryland State House, the House and Senate office buildings, Main Street, the Naval Academy gate — all of it is a few minutes on foot.
Which means that from mid-January to mid-April, you walk. No garage, no shuttle, no circling State Circle looking for a space at 8:40 in the morning. Street parking is arranged for two vehicles for the days you need a car, and paid garages are close by. Most tenants park once in January and don't move it.

The 2027 regular session of the Maryland General Assembly convenes on Wednesday, January 13, 2027 and adjourns sine die on Monday, April 12, 2027 — ninety days. The lease runs January 13 through checkout on the morning of April 13, so you have the house for the last night of session.

Does the price work with the state lodging per diem?
It's designed to. Maryland reimburses session lodging up to the federal GSA per diem rate for Annapolis. At three occupants, the $34,500 term price works out to $11,500 per person for ninety nights — in line with the per-diem ceiling. We'll provide an itemized invoice, a W-9, and a copy of the lease for your finance office or for filing with Legislative Services.

That's the preferred structure. The lease is signed by the entity with a guaranty from a principal, plus a named-occupant rider listing everyone who will stay. One lease, one invoice, one payment for the full term at signing.
Is parking available in downtown Annapolis?
Street parking is arranged for up to two vehicles, and paid garages are close by if you need more. In practice most tenants park once in January and walk everywhere for the rest of session — which is the point of being downtown.
